I like so much these two songs and I recorded these today and I was wondering what will you think about. I don't like so much record at morning because I'm like a little "weak" and The warm ups doesn't help so much. Please don't expect something like Greg Lake's level...

Luckyman

Still You Turn me on

I forget to say I was playing and singing at the same time both musics.

"Still you turn me on" link came back as invalid.

"Lucky Man." - You have the right range for the song. The intonation or inflection sounded different to me because, of course, I am remembering the ELP original. I thing Lake was singing in the throat, which created a more open sound and it seem liked you were producing yours forward in the mouth. Not that it's bad, just different. I was thinking if you dropped your jaw or used the smile technique, this would put the vowel formation in the back of the mouth or the throat. I liked your version.

Hello again, The right link is:

But I think it's worst than LuckyMan, I'll try to make a new record right now.

I'm a fan man! I hear some support issues here and there(which made some notes shaky,) but I'm sure it was from playing and singing at the same time. Your voice is killer(IMO.)

As Jens has stated...it's nice to hear something other than screeching tenor stuff once in a while :)

analog

Thanks, I Think I don't have a realy good Breath Control but I'm trying working on it and I think need a little more resonance as well. I think tenors have more confidence on their voices...or not.

Here's the record I made a moment ago, just out from the stove.

Still You Turn me on

It's a little noiser, try don't hear to it with earphones I think it's uncomfortable.

OBS. On "Lucky Man" I put the as Author "King Crimson" but the correct is "ELP"

See you!

"Still you turn me on." -

I liked your performance of this. Of the two, this was the stronger recording. And not because this song has some higher notes in it. I was trying to analyze and I think part of it is that this song involves a louder singing volume for you, which required more support, which doesn't necessarily mean more breath just better controlled breath. You also phonated differently just a little and you were forming vowels a little more back.

I'm not so sure that you have breath support issues. I think you sounded just fine and I'm not sure what issues you think there are with your voice. I prefer this recording just a little over the "Lucky Man", though that may due to this performance being closer to the original than the other, which was more interpretive and expressive of you.

Your last link is invalid. I think you just have to link the actual page address instead of trying to use a custom link name.

To be honest I think I have some breath suport problems. I use to do exercises that help me, anyway I can't sing well at morning, It's more dificulty to get the notes. The link problem is fixed, I just Did a space where I couldn't in the text. Thanks!

I wonder if your breath support problems are when you are too relaxed. In a higher pitched song like "Still youu turn me on" you under some tension to produce the higher notes and you end up supporting yourself better. As opposed to "Lucky Man", which you sing lower.
