Without the backing track it is difficult to determine if you are singing in the proper key and rhythm, tempo and more. Given what I heard with this soundcloud , I would say you have some work to do. Do you do any training? Do you practice? If not, then it may never change. If you want to sing better, you have to learn how the singing voice works and practice techniques / train. In the meantime, upload a file of you singing to a track.
