I got news from @Robert Lunte that our friend and team member Adolph Namlik passed away earlier this month...

This is sad news and I feel we should do something in his memory, perhaps a song with everyone adding their voices, or perhaps those who want to record something on their own could send it too.

I will be recording a song if anyone wants to help or collab doing something please let me know.

:(

Felipe

This is sad news indeed. Rest in Peace Adolph. You are already missed. I am glad I had the opportunity to know you and you will always be a friend.

Dust in the Wind is a good choice. Sometimes we get to thinking "There is always tomorrow" but tomorrow may be too late to let friends know how we feel about them.

Adolph had been on my mind and many times I started to send a message just to say hello, then, maybe tomorrow will be a better time.

I talk to other people about my friends on the forum. I do consider all of you friends. Seeing eye to eye is not what friendship is. It is about being able to not see eye to eye and still want to be a part of the community and the conversations.

I will try to add what I can.

Jens is also in.

How you guys feel about making a cover of Dust in the Wind (Kansas)? Each of us record a bit of the song, and then I put it together in a nice way.

OK, sounds good Felipe.

Does any one have a basic click track in mind? Something to keep everyone in the same time, Key and chord progression. Do we stick to the album version or the extended live version? Even Kansas did not play it the same way twice and we are improvising new parts otherwise it would not be a new and special creation.
