going DOWN through the passagio

Has anyone got any tips for helping get connection when moving down the passagio? just working on lip bubbles and trills. I always seem to stay in my head voice for too long and then get a really quick, obvious flip back to chest.

What exactly do you mean by "lift up / pull back"? when I'm going up the scale at the moment, I'm trying to make the sound more "dopey" to keep my larynx down and minimize tension, although I know that this is just to get this sensation. Could you possibly explain what it is that I am/should be doing technique wise? :/

i love that "koo koo" exercise. do a search.
