TMV World Legacy Member theshapecool Posted May 25, 2012 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted May 25, 2012 Hey guys! thought I'd post some stuff of my last 2 albums. I've already written a 3rd but we're rehearsing for a new tour at the moment so it probably wont be out till august or next year. I am working on a single to fundraise for cancer charity, so that should be out in a month or so. Hope you enjoy my work! I'm not the greatest singer, I just enjoy what I do. Nothing I do hurts my voice and I learned from mimicing other singers that I love. heres some samples of my work: http://soundcloud.com/russdiapper/russ-diapper-trust-me - the new single, heaviest track on the new album. http://soundcloud.com/russdiapper/russ- … n-of-a-gun - zztop tribute off the new CD, I play harmonica on this also http://soundcloud.com/russdiapper/russ- … -roxys-dad - one more song I forgot to post. funky track with some more funky harmonica and some little screams theres a nice falsetto note in the harmonica solo. http://soundcloud.com/russdiapper/russ- … -the-other - bit of a love song, bit of falsetto for good measure. http://soundcloud.com/russdiapper/russ-diapper-doomsday - a dark track. probably the next single. http://soundcloud.com/russdiapper/12-ru … nt-no-rich - track off the old album :-) www.russdiapper.com - https://www.facebook.com/TheRussDiapperBand

TMV World Legacy Member Guest Posted May 26, 2012 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted May 26, 2012 Most of the links don't work. But the couple that did sounded ok. It isn't my type of music so it isn't appealing to me personally but it all fit. The vocals seemed to fit the style. Being the greatest singer or not doesn't seem to apply here unless you would be looking to switch genre. The vocals are working here Separating my personal tastes and listening objectively I'd say nice job.
