Joshsparxx
I absolutely can not do them. It's kind of driving me crazy, haha. Is there any one out there that has been having trouble doing them? and if you have mastered them...how did you approach it?
VideoHere
don't worry. it's not mandatory. some folks have small tongues. not everyone can do them. the lip bubbles are fine.

VideoHere
just make sure you are doing the lip bubbles correctly to get the most benefit from them. they are a good barometer of things..consistent air pressure, range, and constriction.
