Vocal workout

Hello, I have been singing for a few years now and have decided to expand my knowledge by doing some of the vocal exercise workouts that are on youtube.

My question is after I warm up my voice (this takes me about 15 minutes) how long should I do the vocal workouts for? one hour or more? should I go until my voice feels tired. I never have any pain, discomfort or hoarseness and am doing about 1 hour per day then I sing a few karaoke songs.

I like doing the workouts and learning arppegios etc. and could do them for many hours daily but I dont want to overdo it. How long is good. Also how about frequency for example one hour in the morning one hour in the afternoon one hour at night or is it better to do it all at once one time a day. And how many days per week
