You're really Joe Walsh slumming it, looking for market traction for your next album, right? You sound like him on this song and the writing is evocative his hit song, "The Confessor." I am not saying you lifted it. I am saying this song would be the next logical step from that. Awesome song. Publish it, release on your own recording. Shop it to acts similar to Joe Walsh. I'd say send it to his old bandmates, The Eagles. One of the founding members lives about 2 miles from my office. But they are stand-offish, alloof.
