My song has not spoken for almost an entire weak because it hurt too much and just started softly speaking last night 24 hrs before he has to sing should we cancel ? Jens Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 yes, it's not good to get a negative singing experience at that age. it's not wise for anyone to sing under those circumstances but a pro might be able to work around it with technique/lowering key. but remember he/she is just 8, meaning there will be loads of other oppurtunities to get judged on when the voice is in good shape cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
