  1. Thank yall so much! Felipe i never throught about it like that. Thing is my vocal instructor in collage trys to get me to shovv some head voice reasonce at Ab3. I could alvvays go to to C4 and had no break, i felt a change at , A3 doe it felt as if my voice vvas at its strongest around there, but back den I vvas pushing chest.
  2. I've studied voice in college for tvvo years ((im so sorry about the double 'v's' i have no VV key)) I vvant to be able to sing songs that I feel pop, RnB, mordern music, most songs are to high, and and if I try to sing octave lovver its to lovv and everyone like use fasletto and that voice piss me off truthfully because my false is the vvorst in the vvorld. Best I can do is sing, third harmony. I just vvant to be a medium range singer atleast, so I can do some songs. Right novv, it feels like it not even possiable...go pass that E4. I'm dieing to sing an E4 vvhile this is lovv to everyone else. It really hurts me.
  3. At the the time, I'm starting a job soon vvorking soon to save up some money just for that, I've only had vocal lesson, for only 2 years of collage voice so im still a very beginner. Breathe it no problem, for me relaxed easy, no shoulders raised no chest movement...360 breathe no problem, my resonace and vocal fold closure been a problem, thinning out, im so confused about that, like im think hovv is that even possiable. My resonace becomes free through some of my vocal lessons last semster I vvas told i vvas doing head voice resoance. I really do need professional help, im so stuck..
  4. Last month I started on an exercise that is for open throat and throat relaxing, it has really helped the tension that I cut less then a half of vvhat it use to be, but my larynx still go up no matter vvhat.. I'm a lovv voice singer Bass/bartione about about Ab or Bb go to first break, but at E4 I can,t go no vvhere, at C4 I start to feel the tension, and my larynx is high. VVhat my question is, do yall knovv a really go exercise that can start me on keeping my larynx dovvn. I knovv i cant expect changes over night, but i'll rather start of something, novv a little bit at a time, in order to train it stop from move to much. I may be able to start on a note, but den if i go up it moves asvvell. Also i'm vvondering is there some exercies I can do to take..pressure off of my voice because im thinking that its maybe i'm putting pressure on my voice, but thats the only vvay i knovv hovv to get out a note. Thank yall for your time reading, I really need yall's help

  6. Thanks so much man that's how it felt relaxed when I'm doing it right u clicked it in my head man!!! One time in my voice lessson, it got to a point where all I was doing was breathing and sound came out nicely, but after that it never happened again but voice class was canceled for 2 weeks and I tryed praticing Wat I remember feeling but it didn't work I could get it
  7. I've been thinking about over the last two years I've been sing it was only after my second year I finally got the hang of diaphragmatic breathing but at times I lose it are there some exercises to strength my breathing more
  8. I'm just giving a song out a try and i'd like to knovv if there any hope for my voice! Here is a clip of me singing Skyfall a little, but i go out of key at the end, at the chrous for some reason...hmmm. I heard the oringal by ear and caught the vocal line notes so if you hear a piano..after a note it just to check if im in pitch thank yall so much http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7X7tcfMrnjU
  9. Phill ik Wat you saying bro, I use to do singing program turn on an exercise scale and start singing all off pitch I throught I was singing the same note as being played in the scale, but I came to terms that I wasn't no where near the notes I was ocatve lower on starting on the wronge note to. So I play, it sing it when I get to the top note I make sure its in key and I record to hear if I'm going flat in middle but usually I know when I'm flat or not now, I've been taking music serious (getting real vocal training collage classical voice)) just only for two years ik I need a lot more years of training to get to that level of a muscial ear
  10. I pratice scales, even a few minor scales on five tone , ocatve, and octave half scales I never sing with audio, I listen to the verse or intro, find the bass notes to get the feel of the song play them, then I sing the vocal line and I play what I sing to see if its right, or it match the bass line then I find the key of the song. But the problem is I can't make out some parts of the song like I can't fully play a song by ear I can only hear bass line, and I hear vocal line but when it get to confusing notes parts hamonies and runs, and most time it get to high for me to sing because I'm a bartione bass can't sing above E4, thank you guys for Yall help, and I never throught about I might be singing a hamony note
  11. Its cool man lol . I'm on a program called Earbeater, thats vvhat I've been doing, off and on a year, it has every type of..ear training..you need on there.
  12. I know I don't got..perfect pitch, and cant open my mouth and sing..everything in pitch, because either imma hit the wronge note, or a run comes up that is to much for my mind lol, but can i build my relative pitch to a high level to vvhich its good enough to match vvith perfect pitch. Ive been doing ear training for about, i'll say off and on a year, but recently..just start to take i on everyday for 10 mintues, my ear gotten alot better since the last year to the point i can catch notes of vvhats on the radio vvhat people sing((for some reason vvhen a person sings infront of me i can hear the song notes more clearly)), and i confirmed that the notes..right, by play it on piano or..looking up sheet music, and so on, so my ear gotten better, but its like i might sing and then i get to a part, i just cant catch it and im off pitch and then either there is a run...that not basic...and i be like..???. lol im just vvondering..if i keep doing vvhat im been doing this past 2 week ear training everyday for 10, would i be at least about to stay in key of a song...and sing, because it feels like im going somewhere but den i end up at nothing, and you know that feeling is horrible like i cant express myself smhh. But yeah that's my questions guys lol
  13. Thanks geno!!! That's Wat I've been stuggling with..when I'm going up higher like my vowels get so hard to keep shape, when my voice teacher.got me in head voice..he told me to change..the vowel sound and to keep it from gettin spreaded but its hard because I feel like the sound is pushing my mouth apart, hopefully when my school.pays him I can learn how to get up dere more because he said late this year or next fall semster he going to expect to get my mix voicegoing and by senior year I should have a smooth chest head and mixed, but I don't know Wat.gonna happen now

  22. Hey Yall I'm low voice sing bass- bartione I think I am, my range is F2-F4 its hard for me to reach F4 sometimes but what I wanna know is I don't feel my voice break till aroound Eb-F4 , currently its getting to where I can go up to F4 more comfortable, but if I try to hit F# I crack G4 out the question I can it in fasle but my false voice is bad!!!! Really horriable. My question is am I'm really a bass-bartione because I heard dere were 2 breaks in the voice, and dat is just my first and I'm stuck at F2-F4 and I'm wondering if I can get through that break or crack would my range be higher?, my horriable horriable false voice can go to E5 but it verrrryyy useable!!
