  1. Hello Ron, I have heard several of your recordings over the past few months and the second version of " Sunday Morning" is my favorite. Good Job!
  2. Felipe, this is an awesome version of the song! I really like that you are always focused and constantly putting out great sounding covers. Many years ago I was in car with a few friends and I was belting out "hall of the mountain king" along to the cassette and during the high stomach vibrato part this guy starts knocking on the window. I roll down the window and with this concerned look on his face he says " Sounds like your starter needs to be replaced". lol
  3. That was awesome Adoney! Love the amount of weight in your voice!
  4. Great job! I really like your voice! To me it sounds like the vocal track is lagging and perhaps confusing you a bit. No worries man! You are in the right place!
  5. Hey josh! I think you have a very nice sounding voice! My was very similar to yours just over a month ago, no matter how hard I tried my voice sounded dull and not very good when recorded and was very difficult to fit in a mix without tons of reverb when recording. As Owen stated you are missing the buzz/ring/ping/shimmer in your voice. Great call Owen! For me I found this by singing Bb3 Starting on ee and slowly switching to ou while focusing the sound on my soft palette. This is what I would describe as a jet engine sound that can be louder and much higher than the original Bb3 and the harmonics can be changed by moving the focus in a careful manner. Imitating voices like Jim Buffer or Sam Cooke has also helped me a great deal. Any of the amazing teacher's on this forum will get you in the right direction in very little time!
  6. Hello, Chavie I really liked your performance on one of my favorite songs ever! Would love to hear a Sam Cooke cover from you!
  7. Hi Ron I like the sound of your voice! The one thing that I noticed was the way you did what I would consider a yodel on the word beer. I know Garth does something similar throughout the song like on the word "low" but his sounds like he is adding weight while slowly shifting vowels. I have been a guitarist for 30 years and that was always a very challenging song for me to play and sing at the same time. So good job man!
  8. I really enjoyed your version of yesterday, accent and all.
