Hi all! What do yo think about my girlfriend's voice? I believe she should continue singing because she wastes her talent. Am I biased or is she really talented?
  4. Hi! I'm a 19 year old singer. It's what I love to do the most, aside from writing. I'm looking for some constructive criticism on how to grow as a singer. Thank you for your time x
  5. I love singing when I am alone, but I am a bit afraid of singing in front of people, so i would be very pleased if some of you could give me their opinions =) Its just a 1 min record. Thank you in advance!
  6. Never had lessons. Had one or 2 people tell me I'm good. Don't really believe it. Just curious. Pretty new song played by me on the guitar with a simple rift and sang by me. I can handle being told I'm awful so don't worry about upsetting me.
  7. Hello, I've just started singing a few days ago and I'm really hoping some of you could help me out. Don't hold back though, really fire away here with anything I should improve. The audio I've linked is me trying a bit from Billy Joel - Vienna twice. The second try starts around 33 seconds. Thanks in advance!

Grow Old With Me Recorded just a couple of days ago. Tried to use the lowest key possible, because I hate my high register. What do you guys think of my actual technique (and my voice generally)? What needs improvement the most? BTW the backing track and the background vocals are also mine ;).
  9. Hey guys! I posted a few tracks a few years ago and I got a lot of great, helpful feedback that has really helped me with singing, particularly using mixed voice. I wanted to post a song I recently re-covered. I first recorded it a few years ago. here is the new here is the old: Hopefully you guys can hear a difference? And I’d love notes on further things I need to do to improve if anyon me has time? Thank you so much!

    First time singing

Hello, my name is Christian and I’m pretty new to this forum I don’t really get everything, so I apologize if it’s the wrong place ! I’m 19 years old, from Switzerland, English is not my native language and never sang before in my life. Since 2015, when I heard Kpop for the first time I fell in love with it and this year I really wanted to give it a try (singing). So I did ! I don’t have a singing history, neither did I take singing lessons, I’m trying my best to improve, I’m a very very young beginner and to know what I have to improve on, I really need your guys help ! My friends told me that I got a okay-ish voice and that I have potential to get a really good singing voice but I never know if they are saying that because they are my friends or because it’s true ! I really want that feed back from neutral people that don’t know me personally, that’s why I’m here ! Again, I’m sorry if it’s the wrong place to ask that... I really appreciate everything that you guys could tell me ! Here is a song that I covered :
  15. Hello I'm a 19 years old girl who loves singing. I want to improve my singing skills, and I want to learn how I can sing without hurting my throat. Could anybody listen to my songs and critique them or teach me how to get improved? Here's the link of my covers.
  16. Hi all! This is a bit old and I had a cold at the time lol! Please tell me how I can improve and a rate out of 10 so that I can know where I am at Thanks heaps!! Here it is!

Stone Cold and Hallelujah (Duets on Smule)

I haven't been doing covers on Smule recently. Hallelujah Stone Cold
  19. Hi all, I've always loved to sing, but over a month or so I've began lessons and been using the app "Vanido" to try and improve my intonation, which has always been my problem. As such, could I please have some feedback on my cover of Julio Iglesias' "Begin the Beguine," with particular attention to my pitch? Of course, comments on tone and everything else is very welcome too! The playback is a karaoke version from YouTube, and I added some reverb in GarageBand. Thanks so much for your help on my singing journey
  20. Hello! So, this is the first time I recorded myself singing. I never sang for anyone but myself, so I am pretty confident it's bad, heh. Please correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds totally "breathy" and "weak". I have no other way to describe it. Anyways, here it is! father and son soundcloud

    Blinded (original Rock)

Usually I can hear loads of things to work on in my own singing. I can't hear many here, so my suspicion is that I am getting used to my own faults. Happy to have them pointed out to me though (I know you won't be shy Ron). George
