  1. HAS UNEXPECTED NEWS OF A LOVED ONE'S SUDDEN PASSING EVER REACHED YOU? THIS SONG TELLS THE STORY OF THAT EXPERIENCE. A SHOUT-OUT TO MOJAVE AUDIO FOR INVITING ME TO BURBANK TO SHOWCASE THEIR NEW MOJAVE MA-D DYNAMIC MICROPHONE IN THIS VIDEO. THIS IS A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MICROPHONE. USED IN THIS PERFORMANCE.
  2. this is a song i recorded in my bedroom. a little pitchy as I felt melodyne took away from the vibe.
  3. A tune I wrote years ago. Enjoy the belts in the bridge, physically, and the composition.
  4. My niece is 17 and wants to be a singer/performer. I have joined to get some feedback on her voice, both positive and constructive. I've already posted one of her recent performances (She Used to Be Mine from Waitress). This past weekend, she performed River Deep, Mountain High at a local teen cabaret (everyone sang songs from rock musicals). Please let me know what you think. Thanks!
  5. I came across this site and want to ask for feedback for my niece. She is 16, has been taking voice lessons for a couple of years, and wants to be a singer (preferably on Broadway). She just competed in a local talent show, and my sister got a recording of her song, "She Used to Be Mine" from Waitress. I would appreciate your reviews - both positive and constructive - so I can share them with her to help her continue to improve her talent. Thanks so much!
  6. Hi everyone, I've always loved to sing but I've always been shy to show it to the world. I had singing lessons in the past but once I started a university degree I stopped singing and focused on my degree. I am now stable in my job but this passion for singing has never gone away. Could you give me your feedback please? Thank you so much, this means the world to me. I have a youtube video singing a capella: And also some covers on SoundCloud:
  7. Hello, Thank you for the feed back in my last post!! It’s really helped. Here’s another one a few months apart please tell me what you think. B47C05E1-8E8C-43DD-9A89-920536581557.MOV
  8. Hi all, Here's a cover I'm doing just for fun (good backtrack, makes it sound much better): https://soundcloud.com/bruno-80/glory-of-sacred-truth-vocal-cover Any comments will be much appreciated Cheers
  9. Hi everyone, I asked for feedback here over a year ago and really took the advice to heart! I've been practicing some more, but feel that I've kind of hit a wall with improvement. I want to become technically better and have a stronger voice (I feel I sound weak when I sing and I sound a bit flat) and I would like better vocal control. Any suggestions on what I could work on in particular? I'm open to any kind of constructive criticism since I want to get to the next level, thank you in advance to anyone responding! My Soundcloud:
  10. I am hoping to audition andI have to submit an online video. It's all accapella. Please give me your very honest feedback about my voice. Why does my tone change so much and sound so different? My chest voice to me sounds bad, like almost manly, but it is easiest for me to sing. While my head voice sound like it has a better tone, I get physically tired singing it and I can't seem to breathe right no matter how hard I practice from the diaphragm. Worse, my left side of the throat hurts sometimes. What vocal range am I? I noticed I talk very deeply and it hurts as well. I've always felt my voice is very 'bahh'bahh' like..almost gravelly. It doesn't have that crystal clear sharp voice I hear in most voices. How can i achieve that? Are my vocal cords damaged? My higher notes are unstable--it can either hit right or get REALLY pitchy. What am I doing wrong? What kind of voice/larynx/technique should i use to ensure a consistently good tone? What do you think are my biggest problems with my voice in your opinion? Lastly, which track do you think I should use to audition? Thanks for helping!! audition songs(in another langauge but i hope you don't mind): https://soundcloud.com/user-940698627/iu-ending-scene https://soundcloud.com/user-940698627/iu-dear-moon https://soundcloud.com/user-940698627/memories-of-the-wind-audiotrimmercom chest voice-just for reference: https://soundcloud.com/user-940698627/hero-mariah-carey
  11. I’ve loved singing since I was young and when I sing I feel so amazing and at peace. It’s my dream to team up and start a band, However the confidence I had slowly gained was shattered by an ex who told me I’d never make it and that I was trying too hard. Basically I guess i’m looking for opinions on wether I should just keep it to a hobby or really try and set up a band and progress it! Please don’t be TOO brutal! Just some constructive criticism would be nice!
  12. Hi Guys, Joined a band about a year ago and sing for fun and enjoyment. Even though I'm not in the first blush of youth I'm still passionate about improving and exploring my voice so any constructive feedback would be really appreciated. We created this demo track at a local rehearsal studio close to where I live. It is a live recording so there are a couple of carbuncles in the vocals. Really looking forwards to starting the course...bit overwhelmed by the amount of content atm! #excitied Good luck with your singing journeys people! Mark Shot Gun Shoes Band

  18. The reason for the beginning bit was that I was doing an audition with this tape and they required us to go up a scale. I've been practicing a bit daily now and I want to see if my voice has improved at all. I want to know if I have a voice good enough to do lessons and such. Please help :'))
  19. I've been really struggling determining my voice type. I've been singing since i was young but it was only the past year where i started being concerned with technique, agility, range, etc... I know i am not the best singer but it would really be great if someone will try to classify my voice and help me develop! My lows notes usually is from C#2-B3 but it can also reach B1 (vocal fry), I my voice starts to crack somewhere in F4 and G4 idk if i start transitioning from chest to mixed here but i know my voice switches into something else in this part. Idk where my head voice starts but it can reach up to G5. My falsetto can go as high as C6 sometimes Eb6 or higher but it's really hard and sounds very weak if i try to go higher than C6 and my whole voice gets tired and uncontrollable after overutelising it. Idk if i am resonant or if i have a good support. I'm not sure if i'm doing runs properly. Also, idk if i'm singing healthy. Self learning is hard ughhh Very high falsetto: https://soundcloud.com/user-935041544/img-2954 Comfortable falsetto: Me singing:
  20. Hello you vocal freaks ! It's been a fiew years since I have been tthere. Whell. I had a fiew years break from singing but I returned and I'm pretty active now. I'm singing in Genesis cover band (they would kill me for such version of Land as I've recorded here ) Wonder if there are some old guard representatives here? Anyway - I'm shering with you with my raspy metal voice development. I'd like to see some of your reflection on that. (also feel free to critique my english I'm self taught dude from Poland ) It is not "produced" - It takes like 15 minutes of recordings very early morning https://app.box.com/s/k7byhdqkhnk5x199puz40tvy7irdszhx Best Regards
  21. https://youtu.be/FxZZwxR6hyk https://youtu.be/M5ymDCllhd8 https://youtu.be/fKmR38DpgkA https://youtu.be/9EHat-NCseY I need to know if I sound good in tone and where I need to improve(vocal analysis). Also I don’t know if I’m a tenor or baritone.
  22. Hi everyone! Few months ago I started to post some musics online and I would love to have some advices to improve myself. I don't have a powerful voice but I think it's correct, but I would like to know what can I do to improve! I'm also recording with an USB mic and I would like to have an XLR one but I don't know what microphone to buy for a low budget. Here's one of my song! Thank you!
