"Waimoku II" lead vocal

I think this is my first critique-me post. In another thread (Artist Development) TMV member Elijah Lucian was looking for vocals to work up into something; I sent him this song I wrote about hiking to Waimoku Falls in Maui: http://www.reverbnation.com/play_now/song_6077346. The tone, and certainly the phrasing of lyrics reminds me of Lou Reed. Haunting, iconic. For my taste, just a preference, I think some of the high notes could have used a little more brightness. But it was a good song and bless you for writing it.

Thanks Ron, this was recorded a few years ago before I knew much about brightness. I must say I've never been much of a Lou Reed fan though.
