Review my singing

I know, I can't reach certain notes because it's not in my range. But that's not my main problem right now.

There's something about my voice that sounds unpleasant. It's something about the resonance or tone of my voice.

I want to correct my voice and I'm watching lots of tutorials, but I don't understand what it is that I'm lacking or what I'm trying to add.

I'm trying to get the same quality to my voice like Swae Lee has in the Unforgettable. Is he singing in his mixed voice, and I'm not? What do I have to work on to get closer to that quality of voice? If I only knew what to work on, I could at least work towards something.

I just wish someone to point me in the right direction.
