VideoHere
hey folks, i'm trying to get myself happy enough with foreigner's "i want to know what love is" and i read in "singing and the actor" how lip adjusting can alter the vocal tract length or enrich the tone, so i tried drawing my lips back when i get to those power lines....i want you to show me" and sure enough it made for a more fuller tone. fact is, like steve fraser and others had said there's a lot of room for experimenting with vocal tract adjustments and shaping and anchoring that can land your voice in a much better place. you have so many adjustments you can make particularly when you've built up some of the muscles in the vocal mechanism. i hope you will discover this for yourself as well.
