You might see about getting a synchro license on that recording and see if they can use it. Sometimes a show will use alternate arrangements of a special part or episode. My tone has been diminishing bit by bit... I dunno why. Partly due to problems or lack of exercising atm, but now I'm sure I better get practising... and a full version should come at late June. But some people are bound and determined to beat themselves up and all you can do is stand by and watch the carnage. Kind of like a car wreck. You know it's going to be horrific but you can't stop yourself from watching. Same with watching people wreck themselves. You know it's wrong for it to happen but still, you watch. Performance-wise, this could easily be on a TV show. One Tree Hill constantly plays music throughout the show and your cover of this, in my opinion, is much better than a lot of the stuff they play. (my wife watches the show, not me =P) Now you may try to re-record it for production quality's sake, but you sound good, man. Don't be so hard on yourself.
