Spectrograph software suggestion

I wanted to try singing into one of those spectrograph programs to learn more about my singing and work on my resonances and also get a guide/book about using and interpreting the data for singing. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a software they like/use (i use MAC, but others might be interested too and an accompanying guide.

I've come across Estill's VoicePrint for $60-80 but wanted to see what else is out there and what are the main features/capabilities it should have for singers use.

My vocal cords have been a bit overtaxed lately and I want to focus on building a more powerful resonance and this seems like it could help.

it's very helpful....try asking steve fraser. it's one thing to use it, but i had a hard time understanding how to interpret the curves.

truth1ness: write to me via e-mail privately, and I will send you what I use under Windows... a shareware program written by the same guy that wrote VoicePrint, and also did the heavy-lifting for VoceVista.

It takes maybe 1/2 hour to 45 mins to get the hang of it. I'll walk you through it by phone or skype.
