Hello, singing folks!

I have a problem when i begin a phrase with a high note, like a D5. It´s much more easy to bridge from like G4 up to a D5. It starts over C5, then it´s difficult. I practise alot of sirens maybe that is why it´s more easy for me to begin a phrase with a lower note and then work my way up. What can i do to improve. I sing mostly in curbing, mixed voice, head voice with thick folds. I can send an example if you want.

Thanx in advance/ Ola
