Overdrive
I am trying to learn correct support and now reading through the CVT support section I see this addressed and emphasized many times. When breathing in, the solar plexus goes out while the navel goes in. Is this only weird to me? This is apparently the solar plexus. (Below the ribs?) And the navel is fancy-talk for belly-button. To move your navel in you must move your lower abs in. This means what CVT is saying is when you breath in, your 'upper abs' (not sure how to describe) go out while your lower abs go in. Then when you breath out it does the exact opposite. They are supposed to work oppositively. This just doesn't make much sense to me. This is the first and only time I've ever heard of this. Is it true? Can you guys do this with ease? I'm having a hard time.
