First impression; there were moments when I wanted a bit more sustain. Regarding the performance, I wanted a guitar break. Maybe arrange the recording so that none of the guitar is visible? Also, since the viewer is watching you in addition to hearing you, you are asking for a critique of the performance which includes hearing your voice. There were moments in the video that you were distracting. For example, when you are looking off at a distance. My advice would be to offer just sound recordings if all you want is a critique of your voice. Note that I have no experience as a professional and have never commented here before. In watching back again i see what you mean about the performance. Guest Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 I can see what dokat is saying now that he mentions it but I don't usually pay much attention to that stuff unless it takes away from the singing. In this case it doesn't so for me it doesn't matter. Just another opinion I think that you sing well and sing this song well enough that I am only focused on that. it's very relaxing. I like the way you sing because you sing very easy and without strain while I on the other hand tend to sing loud. I like your songs for that reason.
