TMV World Legacy Member gilad Posted October 13, 2012 TMV World Legacy Member Posted October 13, 2012 Would be interesting to hear what the experts think. From what I hear, and I am in no way an expert, maybe a little too much twang. But its just a guess.. Anyone? TMV World Legacy Member ronws Posted October 13, 2012 TMV World Legacy Member Posted October 13, 2012 I wanted to reply to this early but my mischievous mind would not stop fracturing the lyrics from a Whitesnake song. "Is this twang that I'm feeling? Is this the twang that I've been looking for. Is this twang or am I dreaming? 'Cause you've really got a hold on me ...." It's a gift, and a curse. Yes, you've got a lot of twang going on. I would wish to hear a more legato feel from you. You were speaking on pitches with twang. When you learn to sing, you will incorporate a flow from note to extended note, something rudimentary to identify as legato. This will also have the affect of modifying your twang to something a little more in flow. But you are starting off in the right direction, I think.

TMV World Legacy Member Thewall Posted October 22, 2012 TMV World Legacy Member Posted October 22, 2012 I won't say you are twanging to much. You may need to twang more to stay in full voice up your range. Twanging in the part of the voice you are singing in sounds a little funny. It's mainly country-singers who does that. But I know you're just showing off your twang here so... When singing lower notes you only need a little bit of twang to make it healthy. Add more twang as you sing higher.
