i love the leaking tire exercise and the benefits that come from it.....

take a deep low breath, and maintain the expansion in the ribs and back as you hiss out your air. don't allow the ribs to cave in and keep the chest (your sternum) from imploding.

this is a tough part of the exercise (keeping the back and ribs expanded) if you are just beginning. in just a few weeks you'll be able to last longer.
