TMV World Legacy Member Foreinger Posted January 13, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted January 13, 2013 Well, it's hard to tell anything when smth is sung akapella. Your singing is more like talking. I don't know what advice to give, i think the 1st thing you should do is to train your ear for music. It is early for you to sing akapella, but useful if you get some musical instrument and sing scales, some time later when you sing scales on tune you can sing along with a singer on CD or on smth. You will hear if you sing right or wrong and your trained ear will help you correct mistakes. Singing good akapella is professional level when a person trained his ears to a perfect pitch. Good luck! TMV World Legacy Member David Posted January 14, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted January 14, 2013 Hum.. Didn't sound like singing to me. The tone, support, pitch, flow do not sound good at all ---- AT THIS POINT of TIME.. You will need to really work on breathing correctly, actually singing phrases, doing A LOT of scale warmups, etc.. Find yourself a great vocal coach... It will be a long hard road, but you WILL be a singer if you put the time into it. Cheers, David.
