There is no big deal to this. It's elevated speech. Speak the line you want then sing it there dont do anything extra. As far as the high falsetto/ pharyngeal jumps( 1:44) just practice them. Those are pharyngeal? Well it would be easier to sing them that way. I'll try tomorrow. To be honest , I think what I'm doing is singing the verses to loud, and getting tired too fast.
