TMV World Legacy Member napoleonboot Posted June 2, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Posted June 2, 2013 Towards the more commercial/pop sounding end of the prog rock spectrum (if that's not a contradition in terms): As usual, constructive criticism is welcome, or just "good job". This is one of a series of tracks which will probably make it onto an album late this year ("Solar Storm"). I posted another one a few weeks ago ("Don't Be Afraid") by the same team. TMV World Legacy Member Adoney Posted June 2, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Posted June 2, 2013 This might be my favorite original of yours that I have so far heard. Awesome stuff.
TMV World Legacy Member napoleonboot Posted June 2, 2013 Author TMV World Legacy Member Posted June 2, 2013 Many thanks. I appreciate it! I think I am getting into a good groove with my original work recently. George can often be found playing electric stringy things, and singing... TMV World Legacy Member Vocalist Dad Posted June 3, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Posted June 3, 2013 George, very nice, good stuff. It has a little Yes feel to me. Great production as well. Steve

TMV World Legacy Member ronws Posted June 4, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Posted June 4, 2013 Astounding, George. What the heck are you doing here, except for garnering more applause? Start making albums. This one is very programmatic and what I mean by that is that it is visual and very much fits with a story. I was listening and imagining a mystery/adventure starring Sir Michael Caine and Helen Mirren. So, get it out to the movie companies to be synchro-licensed. Then, you will make so much money, you will have to move the US as a tax exile, like Led Zep did so many years ago, and even Rob Halford did, moving to Arizona, of all places. What is it about the Black Country that makes such artistic people? Must be the heavy metal in the water. :D
TMV World Legacy Member napoleonboot Posted June 5, 2013 Author TMV World Legacy Member Posted June 5, 2013 Updated version now on the same link, with a better ending (no fade).
