The power of your love

Hi

So the songs I have to do in church are all quite high (for me anyway!) so I was just trying to sing a bit higher even though it's a bit out of my comfort zone. I am aware some of the endings of my words seem missed off, anything else?

Thanks for your comments

You have a really nice sounding voice. The problem that I hear is kind of a paradox. You hold back because the note is too high and you end up being light and shakey on the note. The note would not be too high if you did not hold back.

The more confidence that you gain singing these the better they will sound.

Articulation comes with letting the consonants be transitory and light, which it sounds like you are okay with. There were a few notes on the ee sound where the pitch was good but the tone sounded "covered" and you could brighten it a bit by smiling just a little but that is an artistic thing. Your voice reminds me of Christine McVie from Fleetwood Mac and I think your voice and this song are complete match. Keep this song in your set of stuff you can do at a moment's notice.
