Hey everyone, I would love your opinions on this video. I do not believe all of them are "good technique" but I would say a lot of them are insanely good technique. When I hear this stuff, it becomes more apparent that there ARE a lot of commonalities... and it can be done.

What can be learned from this video? I hear a lot of similar vowels show up in the highest-powerful notes and sometimes even similar sound quality.

Great male and female mixed voices (C5-D6)

Not sure if anything can be really learned from that video. Except that all those singers are performing live on a regular basis and have trained their voice. So - both train your voice and perform live at the same time. Not tomorrow, but now! ;)

jay, anything is possible if you work hard enough......

these really high notes need to be made with a very specific (specific to their voice) throat shape (vowel) with refined support, with the whole body involved.

it gets super precise up there, there's very little room for error, and a lot of things have to be in balance.

intelligibility takes a backseat that high up. like anything else, the more you do it, the better it gets.
