TMV World Legacy Member berniemcpeak Posted April 15, 2014 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted April 15, 2014 Very good. A little too "breathy" to me, but very good tone and pitch. You must be happy, because I liked it :)

TMV World Legacy Member Mivke Posted April 17, 2014 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted April 17, 2014 I think it sounded very nice. There were some issues in it that kept it from being perfect for me but they were minor. I liked it alot :)
TMV World Legacy Member ronws Posted April 19, 2014 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted April 19, 2014 I don't care what others say, this was really good. Some of the relatively newer guys don't know your history here. For others, Devaitis is from Poland, with an accent so thick, you could cut it with a knife. So, this progress is awesome. The only thing I noticed was a sense of being rushed on the chorus. I don't know if it's phrasing or if it's a latency issue in your recording software. TMV World Legacy Member gno Posted April 20, 2014 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted April 20, 2014 devaitis - this is excellent. You've really come a long way in a few years. Well sung - very expressive. And really good phrasing. Your rhythm is right on. TMV World Legacy Member devaitis Posted April 23, 2014 Author TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted April 23, 2014 Thanks guys. I want to make my singing pleasure for listeners. I'm 26 now, I stopped singing very high notes for nothing, make my voice so strained etc. Focus on music and just singing. Thank @ron for reply, I try to learn how to sing in English because it is very difficult task for East European nations. Thank @ron for reply, I try to learn how to sing in English because it is very difficult task for East European nations. I, too, have changed focus. It's not about getting the highest note. It is about what serves the song. And really, to sing in the 4th quadrant smoothly, that is more work than just squeaking out a high one once in a while. That's why it's more difficult to do, say, a Journey song than an old Van Halen song.
