Keith
well, this is very hard for me. The changes from soft to loud, resonance, and placement are very confusing at th moment. Coupled with my allergies and the mic clipping, I am not very proud of it - but, it is one take and my first try so it can only get better from here! http://soundcloud.com/keith-goehner/kamelot-epilogue-cover
Keith
That's for listening! I didn't mean to sound like I was making excuses.. rather, I believe that it is important to provide a thorough background if the circumstances surrounding the recording so that people who listen can give the best possible critique. Jugulator
Good cover in spite that you sang in my left ear only LOL Now your falsetto is a bit closer to what we often call "head voice". Keep on working on this issue. Your lower range and light rasp sound very good.
Keith
I just found out that my Cakewalk Sonar 8 is not compatible with my laptop... which has caused all sorts of problems. so, I will have to get the upgrade and hopefully I can resolve my recording issues! Glad ya liked it and thanks for listening. :)
ronws
Sounds good, anyway. And we could always reverse roles. You could send me your files and I mix them.
Keith
I actually got the upgrade for my cakewalk today - looks totally different lol. Will take a day or two to figure it out - but my vocals now play in both ears!
