Moreso it's a guy thats either in prepuberty or has a voice around the same size as a girl. However is it possible to get these sounds for example with the aid of countertenor techniques? Yes i do belive so, it's alot of Work but doable I don't think so. Here's another Filipino singing the same song, and he sounds similar. This guy is not in pre-puberty, nor is his vocal chords the same size as a girl. This second link he sings with a female voice and a male voice.
