Regarding your phone... are you using the mobile app.? Or the regular web site version? These things can be complicated we have four different, major smart phone systems, two major computer systems , with different versions... sometimes a feature won't work for one person, but does for another because they don't have "flash" installed or "ajax" or there browser's security settings are throttled up too much.. but most of the time, most people are getting most of the features.
