Amazing Distortion on this guy

I am not sure how much of that is him and how much is vocal chain effects. On "Heaven and Hell, I can hear a doubled vocal track and right near the end, when they cut the volume on the vocal track, he also doesn't sound as distorted.

These are well-produced videos made to look impromptu.

Jesus podracing christ. If only he lost the ghastly accent.

I know right..reminds me of david draimanns voice...i really love his heaven and hell...adds a different spin to the song...dare i say after years of listening to Dio i find it a bit more compelling then his version...i know blasphemy, but the tastes ;P

Well he's kinda like overdoing the Dio distortion. He sounds the same, but as if he can't turn it off. So a question arises: Could he do it clean? I might like to hear a cleaner version. I dunno if you've heard this one, and not to hijack your thread, but this is my favourite version of the song I've ever heard.

EDIT: Plus it's got a kickass guitar battle in it. I love how Claudio goes into the C-part of the song.
