TMV World Legacy Member Simpan24 Posted April 23, 2015 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted April 23, 2015 Hi I deicided to train on those high notes but damn its hard for me. Still i tried to cover a hard song by the Priest. Everything went well until the last of the chorus. Sorry for a crappy cover but i tried. I heard people talking about the mixed voice but i have trouble finding it and building power for the high notes. https://soundcloud.com/rms-17/judas-priest-heading-out-to-the-highway
TMV World Legacy Member Elvis Posted April 23, 2015 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted April 23, 2015 Simpan you cant just learn to phonate higher notes. Its not like you will do step 1 2 3 4 and belt D5. To sing higher you need to train the musculature and coordination in your larynx so it can support the weight of the resonant energy being produced. And this takes years, but ofc ater a few months (6-8) you can start feeling very good proggress. Btw preety good cover. A little rough but non the less preety great.
