TMV World Legacy Member bones Posted September 27, 2010 TMV World Legacy Member Posted September 27, 2010 Hi everyone, I've been reading this forum for a while and have joined up, hoping to get some knowledgeable honest opinions on where my voice is at. I've been singing for a few years (getting SLS lessons for the last couple) and have been doing original gigs and occasional covers gigs. I guess I'd really like to start doing more 'acoustic covers' gigs and would really appreciate any opinions on whether I'm 'ready' or if i'd be wasting my time if I tried to get some more serious gigs at this stage... Feel free to be as ruthless as needed. www.reverbnation.com/mattburke (the videos down the bottom are probably the best barometer as they are the only ones recorded without overdubs etc) Thanks in advance, Matt
TMV World Legacy Member fridrix Posted September 27, 2010 TMV World Legacy Member Posted September 27, 2010 I don't think that would be wasting your time at all. I listened to "Slide." You've got the chops. But I'd like to hear more force behind it. :/ http://www.reverbnation.com/frederickingram
