hollywood15
The last week or so, I've been having a hard time breathing well. I keep yawning and not being able to take deep breaths. I suspect it might be caused by the high humidity this past week, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I've been trying to do the breathing exercises but it's hard to take a deep breath. What can I do to solve this? If it is the humidity, I need to learn how to work with it... Thank you!

hollywood15
That doesn't help if I'm doing an outdoor gig or something, though.
Elvis
Well if it IS the humidity thats bothering you then you cant do much about it. But i dont think your sysmptoms are there solely on humidity problem.Try checking a doctor. Maybe your sinuses are congested (i had that issue). To eliminate the humidity as a probable cause try finding a vented room to breathe in to see if that helps. Ussualy supernarkets or offices (dentist or doctor) are well vented so now would be a food time to visit some of them :))
Peter
If you can't take full relaxing breaths, then unfortunately it's anxiety.

nellyp
Maybe you need more sufficient sleep if you're yawning? How many hours a day are you sleeping? Have you tried taking a teaspoon of honey before you sing? Do you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day? All these could be contributing factors
