Hey guys!! Here's my cover of Stairway by Led Zeppelin!!

Please tell me of your opinions, what I'm doing right and wrong, the type of voice you think I am, whether you'd like to hear me singing something else etc :)
I'm a 19 year old untrained amateur singer from Pakistan. English is my third language. Cheers!!

Thank you so much, Bzean123!!!
Yes, I agree totally. I was forcing it :P Yes, the laptop mic

I did it more Robert Plant style originally. Freer and non screamy. But then somehow I wanted to have it in a metal fashion and that how it came out in the end. :P Should have stuck with the original take hehe :P

I can sing in smooth and relatively unforced head voice too
Let me link you to my Head Voice cover of Muse's Sing For Absolution

Please let me know your opinion on this one :)

hi,

Work on your so palate and be careful with the vowels, you've to to brighten your sound.

And the ending part is not really singing but more shouting kinda head voice.

Work from the basis and you should do well. ;-)

My favorite song from my favorite band. You have kind of a hyponasal sound through most of it. Did you notice how your voice felt more open on the high parts? Do that on the low parts by smiling, just a little.

I liked the scream at the end.

Second opinion, listening to your other covers. I liked your version of "Creep" and "All of Me." And you are really limited by your mic. Sounds like you are singing into a soup can. Probably the most affordable option for you is a USB mic.
