Well i made another one. This one is more my style distortion and more thrash metal sounding like Slayer or Pantera.

I think i will go for this kind of sound on friday.

And no it does'nt hurt my voice i have been doing that kind of vocals for years.

I was expecting people to find it sounded good.

Yes i dont really care if it sounds good because im gonna perform it live on friday. I just enjoy being on stage. Im not out to be a perfect singer. I know i sound good so.

Yes its a hard song to sing because it is pretty high notes. But did it sound horrible?

   When you record you need to have your voice louder than the music. At least for any of us to hear where you may be having problems.

 

Ok but i turned the vocals all the way up. I recorded it on Reaper. Did the vocals sound good?

Ok i turned the vocals up. i had some problems with holding the last note. But im no pro singer.

I deleted the link and now i quit singing. I have tried for over a year to become a better singer. I have tried to improve tone quality,mixed voice and belting. I have always thought i sounded good in my ears but you know sometimes the mind can trick you into thinking you are good when on the outside you are not. Music is not just for me and i have come to realize that. I have had alot of fun on this journey of training rock vocals but this is not just for me and i think it is good that i have come to realize that. I wish you all good vocalists a good future. But i failed so now i will get back into gaming.Bye

Rainbow is one of my favourite rock bands of all time. I like mostly the old Rainbow with Dio on vocals. I tried a very hard song to cover. I still suck at singing but i love to sing and i wont stop doing it.

I tried to cover one of my favourites from Iron Maiden i know it sounds off pitch and shitty. But i just want advice on how to make it sound better?

I played guitar along with it too but it didnt sound so much.

Im a baritone too so any advice on how to work in the higher range would be the best.

I have recently been interesting in learning to sing. But the problem is i am tone deaf so i dont hear when im off pitch. I tried to record an Elvis cover with vocals but it just sounds like crap. How can i improve my voice?
