Would you guys do a quick crit on my cover of "I Care"?

Hi all

I can hear some flat notes on the harmonies and a few mistakes here and there but what do you guys think?

I really want to work on my runs because they just sound so forced, my voice isn't nearly as agile as i want it to be.
