TMV World Legacy Member m.dedj Posted July 7, 2014 TMV World Legacy Member Posted July 7, 2014 Hello folks. I am currently on vacation and I have no immediate access to any piano's or keyboards, so I cannot really keep track of the notes while doing my exercises or warm-ups. If you folks don't mind, I would like someone to check what the top notes in each recording were. I would really appreciate any help. Also do not worry about the sound, much. I was experimenting with different things.
TMV World Legacy Member TheoD Posted July 7, 2014 TMV World Legacy Member Posted July 7, 2014 On the first two I might say E4-F4-G4, and the last recording goes up to an A4, almost Bb4.
TMV World Legacy Member Javastorm Posted July 7, 2014 TMV World Legacy Member Posted July 7, 2014 In recording 502 at 0:02 and 0:04 you sang A3-C#4-E4. [An (arpeggiated) A major triad.] At 0:07 and 0:10 top note is F4, of A#3-D4-F4. [A# major triad.] At 0:12 and 0:15 top note is G4 of C#3-E4-G4. [C# diminished triad] In recording 500 on " My songs know what you did in the daaark" you go back and forth between F4 and F#4, ending on F4 then sirening down to an F2 in vocal fry, I think. Recording 492 -- you siren from A3 to A4. "The journey in between what you once were and who you are now becoming is where the dance of life really takes place." -B. De Angelis My SoundCloud
