TMV World Legacy Member ronws Posted December 22, 2012 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted December 22, 2012 The lead vocal was great. The low string on the guitar playing the bass note sounded a bit sharp. And so, I was having a problem discerning if it was that or the lower harmony vocal that was not quite in tune. I mean, just a hair. I'd say, let the low harmony relax or delete it, as far as a recording goes. Usually, I'm the one with an out-of-tune guitar. So, at least you are in fine company. And it could be that my ears are mistuned. Again, the singing was good, especially the lead vocal. The other things distracted me, is all.
benny82
Well, the low string is a bit sharp because I play with a capo on 1st. I honestly didn't check the backing vocals for being in tune ;-)
benny82
Just saw that other thread with the dwarven song sung during the movie. This one fits much more to my tessitura. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/69231116/misty%20mountain.mp3
