Probably because they can't hear anything that needs fixing and why bother commenting if we can't show how intelligent we are by offering fixes? This song sounds like it is "in the pocket," for you, A good match of voice and song. I am not saying that you now have to sing only Oasis songs. But you have that ringy quality that sits well on ballads and song that sound like anthems. For example, you could probably do well with "Every Rose Has its Thorn" by Poison because of the balladic nature of that song. And others. I liked your version of this song and I like your voice.
