Hello guys:)

I have been occasionally making records by myself at home but this time we decided to make one in the studio!

Would really help if you can critique my singing^^

Thank you.

That was really well done and I am surprised no one has commented. Then, again, there was nothing wrong to fix and sometimes people only comment if there is something they think needs changing. That's neither good or bad, just a thing.

I surmise you might be European, northern, by the way that you pronounce W as a light V.

Anyway, I liked what you did, great and elegantly simple accompaniment track. And a really harmony voice on the back-up. You should do some more balladic stuff like this.

Just a note. The second voice during the chorus isn't harmony. It's a unison note an octave higher. Same during the end of the song. Just clarifying, musically speaking.

I think it sounded really very good. You sang this with a very relaxed approach. This is purely a stylistic opinion, but I would have liked more energy in the performance. Again, that's very subjective and I thought the performance was good as was the recording and mixing.

By the way I am from Turkey so you may not be used to that accent huh ronws?:P

Thank you Gneetapp really appreciated^^

well geno I like singing this song in a "relaxed way" in your words. So it sounds and feels to me as if I am "sad but I am doing ok" while I'm singing(in the first part especially). I never thought of singing this in an energetic way but that would be something to consider I guess:P Thank you for your comment^^

I agree with Geno here, it was very laid back and i would also have preferred more energy, a mor "gutsy" performance. But really there was nothing wrong with it, nice strain-free tone.

Thank you for the comment Olem^^ by gutsy do you mean like adding rasp? Cuz I experimented with my voice in search for adding that energy you guys have been talking about but couldn't happen to find a powerful-like note or energetic vocals coming out of me in those notes. Those notes may be a little low for me to add that energy maybe? Well I dunno but if you listen to Axl he is also singing like this you know in a relaxed way. What do you think? Maybe it is about giving a lot more frequency to the vocals, a wide gap so that it can be heard much more clearly in the mixing process?
