So my main problem I think is staying in tune, so I would be glad if somebody could tell me where I go wrong.. And so forth.. Every kind of opinion would be appreciated! Thanks.

You need to sing along with the music so the music can guide you. Practice singing scales and matching notes to the piano or other instrument.

You have a sense of relative pitch but if the music is to make a bigger pitch shift you get lost and start the new phrase on the wrong pitch.

It does take practice. Do not get discouraged. :)

Yes I can hear the problem you're mentioning. But an inability to stay in pitch is often not a result of lack of relative pitch, which you probably got as MDEW said, but a result of poor singing technique. I bet that as you get better and better this will be automatically resolved.
