Chapman123 Posted November 16, 2014 Share Posted November 16, 2014 I haven't been able to find a clear explanation for this, I think head voice is the register which has a clean transition from chest voice and falsetto is the disconnected one, but I'm not sure . What's important is that you start off your training the cleanest transitions you can, you don't want to mess with trying to blend coordinations that aren't similar enough to blend. But if you want to flip to something disconnected for stylistic purposes that's cool, just don't waste your time trying to smoothly blend into chest with it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
