Fabulous singing, great voice and great production!
-
Yeah, it sounds very 80-ish and Glam but i like this genre and i love your voice. Bra låt (good song)!
-
Yeah, it sounds very cool but i also think you use more distortion than Axl and you sound, for example, more like the singer from Cradle of Filth - Dani Filth. Death Metal is a genre best described for this kind of singing.
-
Hi,Will, i liked the second version, i think it sounded good for the most parts.
-
Nice effort, one of my favourite songs by Iron Maiden. Yeah i think in some parts it sounds a little too "quacky" and what Igor described is the solution. Keep up the good work!
-
Thanx for listening Igor and Pekka. Igor: when you say i sing off pitch, could you elaborate it i bit? Is it the whole song thru or just parts, do you mean i just sing in a different key? Is it sounding bad (i used alot of delay)? The chorus is not a copy of the studio song, i played a little with it deliberately tried to stick in the live version in some parts.

Hi, trying this hard song again. Please, tell me what you think. Thanx in advance/ Ola

Thanx for listening mrloud and i am glad you liked it. I am a big Priest-fan too and i really hope i can see them before they quit, they come for one concert in sweden next year.
-
Great to see you here again, Jon, i would love to hear it with a better sound quality. But like others say the talent shine through.
-
Cool, great voice, Chris!

Thanx for listening, Ron, helpful as always. I am trying to add twang as i ascend in pitch but sometimes maybe it gets too quacky it wasn´t my intention to sound like Ozzy but i can live with it

Thanx for listening, Rob, i mean, Ron When you say i carry alot of chest, do you refer to a specific part or the whole song? You mean i carried a lot more chest in my "Another Thing Coming" sample? Do you think my Bloodstone cover was lighter or the same. Thanx alot for helping me out Ron, appreciate it.

A little rougher Judas Priest cover this time. Tips are always welcome. Thanx in advance.

So i did this with a bed track. Please critique. Thanx in advance

Your voice sounds better than ever, Keith! Great vocals and a great song. Good luck with the sales of the new cd.

This sounds fantastic Marcus, very professional all the way through! I Love it. By the way, the new Evergrey record is great, i can highly recommend it. Fortsätt rocka loss!

Cool improvising, impressive belting as always :)

Sounds great, Thanos! Very well done!

Thanx for listening, Ron. Hippie? I would have hoped for a bigger compliment like "Axl Rose", hahahaha! Just kidding. I have much feared to get this question (about my tatoo). But, well, i have told everybody at my work and my closest friends so i might as well reveal it here. The tattoo doesn´t mean a thing, it is just something i did to hide what is underneath - a love declaration, my ex´s name was originally there. A stupid thing i did in my youth when i was in love. I was also drunk i think. I will never do it again. I have a name on my left arm too, but i am not so worried about having to hide that in the future because it is my daughter´s name.
Give it much thought, Ron, as you said you will have it your whole life. You could erase it with laser but then you will get some scars.

I sang two more Judas Priest songs today that i wanted to share. Two of my favorite songs. Unfortunately i could not find any backing tracks so i had to erase the vocals as much as i could from the original without ruining the music too much. I did them both in one take and just added a little compression and delay. Feel free to critique, i want to improve my singing and gladly accept anything that could be of use.

Thanx for listening, Ron. Hahahaha, yeah, you are right, my clothing style is not the one you prefer if you are a Judas fan but unfortunately i don´t own the leather and spikes type of thing I love Judas Priest and especially Rob Halford as a singer, he has grown on me the last decade and i think it is soooo cool that a guy over 60 sings these kind of songs and he is still freakingly awesome. I often get phlegm when i sing and i guess it is not something good, so far it is not affecting my voice, i am not hurt and i can hit high notes but it would be nice if i could reduce it. I have seen that James Hetfield often spits on stage and also suffers from alot of phlegm, is it common among top singers?
Respect!

Sounds great, Snejk, you have a great voice and a commercial tone. I think i am one of the few who understands the lyrics since i am swedish I know the feeling of giving up on singing, sometimes i think - why the heck am i doing this it is a waste of time i will never achieve anything by it but then a couple of days pass and i get an urge for singing again. It is a drug, i can´t quit and why should i, even though i propably never will be great at it i feel good by doing it.
-
It is ok if it is not perfect. I, myself, have started focusing on singing one-takes, before i made alot of takes and took the best parts and put that together into one. But if you aim to sing the songs live you don´t get second chances.BTW it sounded great, your higher mixed voice is getting better and better.

Good luck with the sales, Igor, you deserve it. I will buy it for sure. The album sounds killer.

Thanx for listening, Enander, i am a great admirer of your singing. Yeah, i think you are right, i am a little lazy when it comes to study a song, i just sing and also i think i am a little tone def unfortunately.
