  1. Snax, you are an interesting fellow. Not only can you sing great but you are a heck of a painter as well. While I was enjoying some "With These Hands", I checked out your website, very cool. Steve
  2. Keith, Very nice and gnarly. I think the vocal style fits it great. I like the double (low and high) vocals and think the higher vocals are strong enough to stand on their own. Did I hear a little double kick drum going on there? That guitar feed back on the end is killer. Keep them coming.
  3. Yes to all? I've got to hear how you are going to use the whistle registry. Please share. :D
  4. CrOft, I thought the singing was nicely done. Coldplay's music is certainly doable for a band. I know Coldplay has some big hits but I didn't know they had enough to form a Tribute Band but I suppose if you are a big Coldplay fan you will know all of their songs. Where would a Coldplay Tribute Band play?
  5. Good job Tommy, I know where this is headed. I knew there was a stage in your future.
  6. Tommy, I hit the play button on this and got busy with work and a few moments later I caught myself saying, who is this? I forgot I was listening to you. Nice job, this version has a little more modern feel to it. Keep em coming. :)
  7. Wow guys, very interesting. Did I hear a little Dubstep in there? Sacred Dubstep, definitely a new genre, congratulations. :)
  8. Very interesting, I didn't expect that arrangement of Ave Maria (who made the arrangement?) I listened 3 times to you sing it, I really liked it. I think the range of this song may be for a true tenor. The only small thing I noticed was your voice sounds like you are right there between a tenor and a tenor 2. I thought you did well on the first song so I wouldn't use the effects you used on the second song. Use your natural voice. :)
  9. Good stuff Keith, I have a question for you, with the changes of your singing lately, has that changed your style of singing and what you attempt with your originals music? Are you feeling more daring? Are you incorporating your new found range? Are you going to sneak in some whistle registry stuff? :D
  10. I think you have a beautiful voice, not the first time you've done this. Your voice belongs on a theatrical stage. Hopefully you’re pursuing this. Please share it with the rest of us.
  11. You have a lot of potential, keep working hard. It is very difficult to play and sing so keep doing it and it will get easier. Don't be afraid to play and sing many styles of music, they all have something you can learn from them.
  12. Tommy, all I can say is 1 guitar, bass, drummer and Tommy, get out there and start having fun.
  13. Well, whether you get into the academy or not you should keep on working on your singing. You have a very nice soulful sound.
  14. Alright Keith, not bad, now, go back and get the kick a** metal version, I know your dying to try it and I know you can do it. and yes, go for that crazy high screaming part (Thow a little echo/reverb on the the end of it.), you know what I'm talking about.
  15. Hey Tommy, I like it, very nice. We all get to hear the songs created by the forum members but I wish we got to see the whole picture. We hear passion and emotion in voices but I know that is only part of the experience. I can imagine that when you and many others on the forum are singing your songs that there is real emotion in your facial expression, body language ect. That is why I love to see every ones live videos. Now, I have a question for you. You mentioned you and your better half’s big day coming up soon. You plan on singing Thank You by Led Zeppelin. Is this going to be a big party or just a little romantic get together for the two of you? I think you have some time to find a band and set in on some of your favorites and show her what you’ve been up to lately. Heck, you might as well put your own band together. Didn’t you say you play a little harp?:D
  16. Tommy, I thought it was very nicely done. Your wife is going to love it. You kind of glossed over it but did you say 30 years? That is really something, congratulations.
  17. Very nice Igor, great sounding band with some kick ass vocals. Is that you during the chorus harmonizing getting up in the stratosphere? Nicely done, very subtle. Steve
  18. Igor, I loved it, you look like you have such a great time making you recordings. You need to get that out on a stage dude. Share it with us in the audience. Steve
  19. Now that's what you call owning a song. Bravo My favorite cover you have done so far.
  20. nicely done, I went back and listened to the original and it is spot on.
  21. Nice job, you sing this very powerfully throughout the whole song. I hear one example of falsetto at 47 sec. but you do the same verse in the same key with chest voice at 2:04. I like the more powerful version at 2:04 best. I'm not sure how Freddie does it. Keep em coming.
