TMV World Legacy Member Opaa Posted December 8, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Posted December 8, 2013 Hi guys, long time. I think I have progressed in the direction that I want to. https://app.box.com/s/iwx0n74m7pu9p8lmazrw At 0:40 I do a diminuendo after belting some full voice stuff. This is the kind of mixed voice mechanism that I've been working on. Ability to diminuendo and crescendo and use different sound colors and vowels in a flexible way. I hate pulling chest and all kinds of pushing and I love a powerful mixed voice. What do you think?
TMV World Legacy Member gno Posted December 8, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Posted December 8, 2013 Sounded really good to me. You are able to control the dynamics very well in that range. Your voice sounds free of tension. My Music:http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=897808
TMV World Legacy Member Opaa Posted December 13, 2013 Author TMV World Legacy Member Posted December 13, 2013 Great to hear geno. That's exactly how I feel about my voice right now. I have some control and freedom from tension. Also check out my Bruno Mars acapella clip that I just posted if you like!
TMV World Legacy Member Mr Bounce Posted December 28, 2013 TMV World Legacy Member Posted December 28, 2013 I think there's some good technical stuff going on here, but you probably already realise that you can't really sing songs like this I think you should say this stuff is more like a technical exercise because there's no reason to sing a song like this in that part of your voice. It doesn't really make sense artistically, but that's just me!
