TMV World Legacy Member Bono Posted March 1, 2015 TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted March 1, 2015 Ok here it goes. Let it Be by Beatles. I just woke up so its not what i would want it to be, but i guess it will do https://app.box.com/s/66h7cfjwg6czv3uvnja2tyer8g40534y Some pitch issues at the end, but my voice feels weak this morning so i didnt have energy to make it work xD but if this wont work ill record another one later today, should be a bit better. p.s. i used one cellphone to play karaoke track and used the second cellphone to record it xD so sry for quality with respect to the recording, using the two phones you got a nice stereo effect Now your voice. First of all, I strongly recommend to you always warm up the voice before singing, especially if you've just woken up. Start caring for your voice is the first thing you should do if you want to improve technically. You are very lucky since the raw material you are about to work, your voice, is very good quality, so I have no doubt that your progress will be incredible. In that sense, I think the key of your training will go through how smart you are to focus your energy on what you need to work. And what is this you need to work? At this point I recommend you take some initial lessons with a teacher, if the program you're going to use is 4pillars then I think it would be interesting if you could take some classes with Robert and then continue with the program by your own; but if it is too expensive for you, maybe through this forum you can get the guidance you need (although nothing is better to start than the guidance of a personal teacher, imo) Regarding the song, it's hard to say because the high notes sound strained and sometimes out of tune, but I think this has to do with not warming up well your voice. Still, I dare say that while you are reaching the high notes of the song, there is still much room for improvement in this area, your first bridge, so you get through it more easily. TMV World Legacy Member Elvis Posted March 2, 2015 Author TMV World Legacy Member Share Posted March 2, 2015 @Bono Thanks bro! Abd you are right. I should have warmed up. Im gonna record one more time now. And A4 is my top note i can sing so it is kinda hard to sing it at times but this time it was harder because my voice was still sleeping. Also bono i was gonna study 4pillars for a month then look into booking a lesson with Robert. So ill deffinatelly do that. Gonna read a book and start working on foundation routine.https://app.box.com/s/1a5lwkagjf5erj5s7j8kss712gjsk68q - i think this one is better. but not alot better xD like i said, A4 is my top note nd as such its always difficult P.s. ignorr my falsetto in the middle and my Scream in the end..it was more of a joke xD
