    i think i prefer the cleaner version, Really nice high D's and vibrato i have to admit i'm not familiar with the original tune i think if you should try backing off on the covered sound a little in the verses the bridge and chorus are simpley great though.

    Yea i have to admit i felt the backing was a little repetitive. Kind of forced me to do a lot of Improvising though. And akarawd, you give me to way too much credit bro lol I wish i could nail that awesome covered grit sound you get on yoru stuff

    Your so close to man, id say maybe if you put a little more Anger into it, it would come out perfect You take sounds a little nicer then cornell's. your problem is not technique at all......(in my opinion anyway) Give the mad vibe a try :)

    Yea i highly recommend studying a song before going for it i usually sing a tune for a week or so......till i get all the little nuances down. it makes for good practice/ study as well. You have a great voice man your grit is just awesome.

    Really good songwriting here....kinda sounds like a cross between Bruce Springsteen and Bryan Adams. The lyrics are very good. Sound like your holding back a little vocally though.

    You couldn't have gave me a bigger compliment lol Nope no auto tune or that jazz....But this tune did take multiple takes. I've always had a good sense of pitch, i think that might be because of my guitar and piano training.

    Just a quick idea really. the Singing starts around 1:10 trying to get the general idea if this is worth finishing or not. http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=12434379 i had planned on making it a 9-10 minute epic......this is all i have written so far. barely get time to myself these days lol......god knows how long it will take to finish As always any tips advice or criticism is welcomed :)

    Very good cover here Rob, also props on the mix and video production. Id rather hear a powerful E5 ... then a weak falsetto A5 anyday.... What software did you use for the video? I'd love to do videos, but at this time i'm unsure how to go about recording and mixing them. i give major props to anyone who can.

    I could not sing this if i tried. This song is insane..... I think the lowest note during the verses is like B4 lol... Only thing i can critique is maybe the voice track being slightly louder then it should Halford also used a lot more verb and delay... your take was rather dry in comparison Awesome take man!!!

    First of all man you have officially made my year lol The first tune is Beautiful!!! your voice is stunning on this Is your falsetto something you started out naturally with?, or did you have to work at it??? i ask this cause my falsetto sucks so bad.....i cant even use it. Awesome job on rainbow man......i'm floored... But not surprised. Your russel allan cover was brutal. You sounded like you had a lot easier time singing it then i did....
